Refunds

Email support@pixrend.com within 14 days of any charge and we refund it in full, no reason needed, through Polar to your original payment method. This covers the 14-day withdrawal period EU consumer law gives you. Refunding a credit pack removes its credits (down to zero if already spent). Full refunds only; no pro-rating for renders already used.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the dashboard (Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
